Every Pilates City: Core Connection – workout is carefully designed to lengthen and stretch your muscles, strengthen your body from the center out, align your spine and improve your posture.

This workout will also release muscle tension and restore your vitality each and every class. The Core Connection – workout gives your body the chance to find and activate even the deepest layers of muscles. Your abs will be on fire!

 

We recommend this class for beginners. The pace is slightly slower and there is more explanation during the class, this is an ideal introduction to  Reformer Pilates.

Another Reformer Pilates workout that will become one of your favorites! This Reformer workout is designed to shape the area that we love to work the most: Legs, Glutes and the Abdominal area. Get ready to tone your lower body. You will feel that you worked hard, but also leave class feeling 3 inches taller and fully stretched.

Transform your posture by opening and stretching the chest & neck muscles, releasing tension in the shoulder area as well as strenghtening the muscles of the (upper)back. While working to strengthening the abdominals and mobilizing the whole body. This class is for everyone who uses a laptop/computer, tablet or mobile phone on a daily basis: you will benefit greatly from the Powerhouse Posture workout. It is suitable for all levels.

Are you ready to take your Pilates Reformer journey to a level 2 reformer Workout? Elevate your strength, sculpt your legs, glutes, and abs, and unleash your full potential with our Legs, Glutes & Abs 2 Workout! Challenge yourself with dynamic exercises designed to enhance endurance, stability, and overall athleticism. Feel the burn as you sculpt and tone your body in this exciting new workout.

Reformer: Total Body Workout

This level 2 Reformer workout is designed to challenge your Powerhouse, Coördination and Balance. Get ready to work your full body in just 50 minutes. This workout is for anyone who has taken a minimum of 5 classes and is ready for the next step. You will feel that you worked hard but also leave the class with positive energy and a joyful attitude!

We recommend this class after 5 regular classes.
