Welcome to your new favorite workout! Every Pilates City Reformer : Core Connection – workout is carefully designed to lengthen and stretch your muscles, strengthen your body from the center out, align your spine and improve your posture.

This workout will also release muscle tension and restore your vitality each and every class. The Reformer: Core Connection- workout changes every 8 weeks, thereby giving your body the chance to find and activate even the deepest layers of muscles.

Our Reformer 2.0 workout is designed to deepen connections in your core. The exercises challenge your balance and control, while at the same time releasing tension on neck, shoulders and back.
