Every Pilates City Reformer 1-workout is carefully designed to lengthen and stretch your muscles, strengthen your body from the center out, align your spine and improve your posture. This workout will also release muscle tension and restore your vitality each and every class. The Reformer 1- workout changes every 8 weeks, thereby giving your body the chance to find and activate even the deepest layers of muscles.
