Amazing Pilates classes, new studio with friendly and prepared teachers.

If you’re looking for a great Pilates studio in Kralingen, this is the best option. I’ve done the Core Connection class with Irena, which is very much like traditional Pilates, and the Legs, Glutes, Abs with Ingrid, that was amazing, as we not only could focus on our breath and core activation, but also work different muscles. Totally recommended.

I love it here. It has become my favorite Pilates Studio for the quality of the class and instructors and how nice everyone is. I’ve tried a few in the city and now only come here.
